Hotel Reservation Information
The 2020 Professional Seminar will be at the Moody Gardens Hotel on Galveston Island. The overflow hotel will be the Inn at the Waterpark, located at the entrance to Moody Gardens. Both Moody Gardens Hotel and Inn at the Waterpark are non-smoking hotels.
GUEST ROOM RESERVATION POLICIES FOR MOODY GARDENS
- Moody Gardens will only accept ONE room reservation per individual. This means the hotel can only accept multiple room reservations as long as each reservation is made in a different name. (A deposit is required for EACH reserved room.)
- Individuals must pay a room deposit equal to the rate of one night's stay. Moody Gardens Hotel will charge the credit card for the ONE night when the reservation is TAKEN.
- This also pertains to individuals who have earned a complimentary three-night stay (Summit Club, Career Club, Blue Vase or New Agent Achievement).
- Moody Gardens Hotel will refund the one-night deposit at the time of check-in for those individuals eligible for the complimentary three-night stay.
- Moody Gardens Hotel will not refund any deposit after January 23, 2020 (two weeks prior to the Professional Seminar). Any deposit refund request made after January 23, 2020 should be referred to Rhonda Williams (American National) for consideration.

The special American National standard room rate will be $137.00 plus tax per night for Moody Gardens, and $99.00 plus tax per night for the Inn at the Waterpark. A shuttle will run between the two hotels.
THESE ROOM RATES ARE GUARANTEED THROUGH JANUARY 23, 2020, AT WHICH TIME THEY WILL BE RELEASED FOR SALE TO THE GENERAL PUBLIC.
